The food was authentic and delicious. The staff were friendly. The food came out fast.

Great island hospitality, comfort food for the soul and that you won't forget and a sense of community like you are familia. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

I've been wanting to try this place for months now. I finally got here today and there was no line! It was at the fast food area of the Everett Mall. At first I thought it was closed because the metal containers that housed each food type was fully covered and it was dark. We waited for a bit and a nice lady served us. She was really friendly and identified each item on the fiesta platter that we ordered. It didn't disappoint. It was delicious. Our favorite was the bbq chicken, breaded shrimp patty, and orange rice. We'll be back! Delicious! It was a bit pricey though but worth it.

I am not sure, but I have never had food from Guam, but I will tell you, go try it. Do not look at the prices and think, oh my. The servings are more than two can eat, and that brings the pricing in line with other restaurants. It is located in the Everett Mall. This is a family run restaurants and for some reason, it makes the food taste that much better. We had a fiesta plate which included rice, lumpia, chicken crab cake, beef ribs and cucumber salad along with dipping sauces. I cucumber salad is marinated in a light vinegar sauce that has just enough bite to add flavor. The cucumber salad marinate sauce also doubles as a dipping sauce. There are many items to try and I think the Fiesta plate allows you to experience most of them. The service is very friendly and efficient, just the way I like it. It is definitely a place to try because it is different and very tasty and not so different that one might shy away from trying everything on the menu.

If you had Hawaiian and loving it--Well meet the smoky chicken and super spicy coconut curry dipping sauce that had you smack yourself. The portion is beyond generous, so the price tag matches what I would call feed a family of three adults! The egg rolls hit the spot, but the red rice, the red rice is where the wow effect smack you in the face. Honestly, since the chicken is one of the most endangered species, per Kat williams, justice for the chicken is done here. Left with only bones so it can reincarnated. The shrimp balls is an upgraded version of those dusty dried ass hush puppies. If you have a few minute wait for the fried banana egg rolls. Take it from me, I've been eating all over the world.. this one is worthy.

We heard about this place through friends in Seattle. Since I was up north it was the perfect excuse to give it a shot. Tried the empanadas and they were the best we've had outside of Guam. A+ The aptly named "Fiesta Plate" is reminiscent of what you'll see at a house party in Guam. Red Rice, chicken kelaguin, potato salad, lumpia, a killer shrimp patty, ribs and more. Topping it off was the friendly vibe. It does have that family feel for sure. If you haven't tried Guamanian/Chamorro food - it's fun. If you have and you're craving it - this is your spot.

Everytime I wanted to try Guam Grub it's been closed the times I went but today was the day that I finally got to try it out! Located in the food court of Everett Mall, so it's pretty lowkey but you won't regret coming at all!! The lady who took my order was super nice and her service was great! She had multiple customers and it looked like she was working alone but she was calm and collected and made sure all her customers were taken cared of! First time here so the menu was a little confusing to me but I decided to try the Fiesta Plate, which came with a little of everything from the menu. You get two scoop of red rice and a scoop of potato salad to eat with all the proteins that you get, my favorite was their chicken thigh! It was well marinated, juicy and had a little nice charred from the grill. It also came with a spicy soy sauce/vinegar sauce to dip your protein with, and also a side of pickled cucumber which had a nice acidity that works well with the salty protein! I also ordered their Turon(banana lumpia) those were crispy, sweet and delicious! Overall, I'm defiantly coming back next time and even thinking catering from them in the future too!

More like 3.5 stars but I'll give it 4 bc the lady behind the counter was so nice. I was excited to try this place based on the high reviews and bc I never tried Guam food. Tucked in a mall food court, this stand certainly stands out from the typical food court stand. We ordered a fiesta plate and a bbq rib plate. Overall the food was pretty good - the sides definitely stand out as more flavorful and unique. I really liked the rice. The actual meat however was bland and really tough. The ribs were so dry; chicken definitely more juicy. And the meat was so light- definitely needed some sauce for flavoring. And I'm someone who does NOT like too much seasoning. Overall this is a cool place to try Guam food but I'm not sure I would come back. Sadly just lackluster for me.
